	We devise an initial strategy and then work with you to review and refine the strategy as necessary. This is to ensure that the solution that designed will work for you! The end result is an actionable plan, ready to implement.
	Once a plan is in place you can choose to either retain our team to help lead you through the implementation or take the lead yourself! Our goal will be to minimize the impact of the changes while meeting timeline and budget constraints. Once implementation is complete our team will ensure that your team is trained and ready to take over!
