founded by Samantha Leach. With over
sixteen years of experience in a variety of verticals, Samantha is a visionary,
action-driven management executive with a strong background in product
development and launch, program management, strategic planning, marketing,
sales support, and team leadership. Ms. Leach has a reputation as an efficiency
expert for improved processes, products, and organizations. She has applied
this experience to deliver tangible results that include expanded market share,
increased brand awareness, alignment between products and market needs, faster
time-to-market, and significantly improved profit margins.
Prior to founding
Aislin Consulting, Ms. Leach created a model for developing
consulting programs from the ground up, engineered a standardized methodology
for designing product offerings, launched practice-based knowledge-sharing
communities, and established clear sales messaging frameworks for all products
and services at Taos Inc.. Her efforts proved pivotal in repositioning Taos in
the marketplace and achieving rapid market ramp-up with high profit margins for
innovative new products.
While at the software startup Kanisa, Inc. (now Knova), Ms. Leach introduced best-in-class product
processes and championed development of a market-driven, cross-organizational
product management board. In a clear example of her ability to improve
efficiency, she instituted SDLC best practices and standardized methodology to
improve time-to-market and product quality by more than 50%. She also proved her
skill in lifecycle project management with IT implementations for recognized
Fortune 100 clients.
No
stranger to high-level executive accountability, Ms. Leach managed a $7 million
cost center and lifecycle projects with an average value of $1 million as
Managing Director of the Client/Server Technology Group for Charles Schwab
& Company, Inc. In similar success as Senior Project Manager for Verifone,
Inc. / Hewlett Packard Company, she demonstrated keen leadership in managing a
multi-national staff in a 2-year, $1.5 million project to migrate 40 sites
worldwide to a new network infrastructure.
Ms. Leach launched
her career in technology product development and project management as Project
Lead / Developer for the National Science Foundation and Communications
Engineer / Task Leader for both Frontier Engineering, Inc. and TRW, Inc. From
here, she moved on to Project Manager, Relationship Manager, and Analyst for
Charles Schwab, Inc., where she gained further skill in project lifecycle
management, solution design, process improvement, and cross-functional team
leadership.
Ms. Leach combines
this exceptional track record of achievement with a solid educational
background. She obtained an M.B.A. degree with honors from the University of San
Francisco and a B.S. in
Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from George Washington University.
