About Us
Aislin (pronounced Ash-lin) is Celtic for Dream or Vision.   Our goal is to help businesses achieve their vision and dream through guidance as well as hands-on assistance during implementation.  Through a process of Discovery and Assessment, we can then build a plan to move forward.

Located in Santa Clara, CA, Aislin Consulting was founded by Samantha Leach.  With over twenty years of experience in a variety of verticals, Samantha is a visionary, action-driven management executive with a strong background in product development and launch, program management, strategic planning, marketing, sales support, and team leadership. She also proved her skill in lifecycle project management with IT implementations for recognized Fortune 100 clients.
